The Business began in 1973 with the arrival of Leo B. Franklin, CPA. He associated himself with SCORE (Senior Core of Retired Entrepreneurs). In 1976 the firm was expanded to include Elliott A. Franklin who has expanded the business while retaining many of the original client base.
